NOISE, HEAT AND VIBRATION MATS

The first step in sound deadening is vibration control. This is because over 60% of the noise in any car is structure borne. Kill the vibrations, and you kill the majority of the noise. Apply one of our foil backed damping mats to the interior sheet metal to destroy unwanted road, engine and exhaust noise. If you only want to use one product, it should be Damplifier or Damplifier Pro!

Damplifier

Damplifier™ is the most impressive noise and vibration mat in its class. With a total weight of around .45 lbs. per square foot and a 4 mil thick foil heat shield, this foil backed butyl damper absorbs vibrations and insures a cool and quiet ride by killing road, engine and exhaust drone while dissipating temperatures up to 500 degrees f.. NOISE AND VIBRATION COATINGS

Another way to kill vibrations and structure borne noise is with our acoustical under coatings. We designed Spectrum coatings for exterior floor pan applications, but when used inside the car, they provide a seamless barrier that is nearly 300% more effective than tar boards and asphalt mats!

Spectrum

Spectrum™ is a water based under coating designed to reduce sheet metal resonance and structure borne noise. It is a true visceolastic sound deadener that can make any vehicle quiet as a luxury car.

Unlike many aftermarket vibration dampers, Spectrum can be applied as an interior coating on the sheet metal behind the upholstery, or as an acoustical undercoating on the outside of the floor pan to create tomb like silence and provide mechanical protection from rust.

When applied to the interior and exterior floor pan, Spectrum will reduce 300% more road, engine and exhaust noise than traditional OEM dampers and tar boards, all at half the weight.

Spectrum Sludge

Spectrum Sludge™ is the thickest noise and vibration paste on the market. One coat is all you need to achieve the minimum effective thickness of 1mm but a total thickness of up to 4mm can be applied in a single coat if desired. Simply add a bottle of Sludge Activator (included) to a gallon of our regular Spectrum coating to change the viscosity from chocolate syrup to peanut butter.

Luxury Liner

Luxury Liner is a highly effective barrier and absorber composite mat consisting of a flexible vinyl barrier and acoustical grade open cell foam. Apply Luxury Liner on top of vibration dampers to reflect the sound waves that penetrate vibration dampers and noise filter it in to the cars cabin.

Luxury Liner Pro is the most stout and impressive noise barrier we offer. Luxury Liner Pro is a two part system consisting of a closed cell foam barrier bonded to flexible vinyl barrier. When applied on top of a vibration damper, Luxury Liner Pro absorbs reflects unwanted sound waves away from the cabin of the car. You will not find a more effective noise barrier at this price.

CLOSED CELL ACOUSTIC FOAM

The above listed barriers; Luxury Liner and Luxury Liner Pro are our bests noise barriers but they are heavy. If  weight is a concern, Overkill and Overkill Pro are your answer.
Apply these closed cell mats on top of our Damplifier or Spectrum dampers to filter out airborne sound waves that are able to penetrate the layers below. This is one of the fastest end easiest way in improve your sound deadening investment.

OverKill

Overkill™ is the thinnest and lightest noise filter on the market but it is also one of the strongest performers in the industry. Apply a single layer of Overkill™ on top of your Damplifier and Spectrum vibration damper to filter out specific sound waves interfere with your audio system clarity. Overkill will not only reduce resonant echoes from your sound system, but it will also help to eliminate unwanted ambient sounds that interfere with the tonal quality of your music. Overkill™ is also thin enough to get applied to some areas of the cars upholstery to cushion rattles and squeaks, helping to improve the overall acoustical environment of you car.

RATTLE ISOLATION FOAM

Rattle Pad is a very light open-celled acoustical foam designed to go between your cars upholstery trim and sheet metal frame. We coated each side of this acoutical foam with black urethane facing for moisture and dust protection as well as noise filtration
When applied to the back of OEM or custom upholstery, it creates pressure that isolates the trim from the metal, preventing rattles and limiting the passage of unwanted sound in to the cabin of your car.
